Onsite Dentrix Support Plan

We offer onsite support for Dentrix Dental Software.  Our engineers are available 7 days a week including evenings.   Busy Dental practices around San Francisco Bay Area relies on Fixtro to ensure their Dentrix servers are up to date, back up on daily basis, and all workstations are optimized to provide the best experience for the staff and patients. 

Dentrix Technical Support Includes

  • Weekly patching / updating of Dentrix Server
  • Weekly patching/updating of Dentrix Workstations.
  • Daily and Weekly backup of Dentrix Database
  • Updating integrators, and  sensors as needed.
  • Managing all workstations and server

 Dentrix  IT Support For End Users:

We also support the end user and assist them with all technical issues related to Dentrix and the IT infrastructure.  Our engineers visit you on weekly or monthly basis to help you and your staff with all issues.  We are also happy to call Dentrix to find the answers for tricky questions – saving your staff time.

What version of Dentrix do we support ?

We provide support for all versions of Dentrix.  Currently most practices are using either G4 or G5.  We do support all older version of Dentrix including:

  • Dentrix 10.5
  • Dentrix 11
  • Dentrix G3
  • Dentrix G4
  • Dentrix G5
